About DCRF

DCRF structures and manages real estate investment funds in the Dutch Caribbean, with a focus on high-end leisure properties for short-term tourist rental.

Investors participate in funds that invest in carefully selected resorts, hotels, and apartments in the premium segment. Projects are characterized by robust legal and fiscal structuring, with a strong emphasis on return potential and risk mitigation. The funds are accessible to both private and institutional investors seeking exposure to high-quality real estate opportunities in the region.

Full-service fund management

DCRF provides full-service fund management, including legal and fiscal structuring, acquisition, asset management, and investor relations. A strong local presence and in-depth regional knowledge are central to the investment approach, enabling early identification of opportunities and their translation into well-founded fund propositions.

Each funding round is tied to a specific project or project cluster. Investors may choose to participate on a per-fund basis or achieve broader diversification through multiple propositions.
